The Villanova Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Society is a premier student-led organization dedicated to equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the competitive world of investment banking.

During students' sophomore year, the M&A Society is committed to teaching them the fundamentals of the Investment Banking industry and then preparing them for Investment Banking Summer Analyst interviews via technical teach-ins, behavioral practice, case studies, mock interviews, and alumni mentorship programs.

The M&A Society also seeks to provide offerings for upperclassmen, including case workshops, speaker discussions, and additional internship preparation workshops. Additionally, M&A Society upperclassmen play an active role in mentoring underclassmen.
