What is the SWIFT?

SWIFT (the Society for Women in Financial Training) is the Villanova School of Business’s dedicated women-in-finance group and one of the four sub-societies within VFG. SWIFT empowers female students to explore their passion for finance while building the confidence and skills needed to excel in college and beyond. The society organizes events such as coffee chats, current events discussions with faculty, and a Women in Finance Conference featuring Villanova alumni, offering members the opportunity to learn from accomplished women in the industry.

SWIFT also fosters a strong sense of community among female finance students, creating connections that extend beyond their time at Villanova. Through guidance from advisors and access to female mentors both on campus and on Wall Street, SWIFT equips members with the resources, insights, and support needed to thrive in their financial education and pursue their career aspirations with confidence.
